UPS organizes the sixth 8k race

Universidad Politécnica Salesiana- Cuenca and its physical education major are currently organizing the VI 8k race Circuito Atlético Universitario Salesiano which will take place on Sunday, November 9th, 2014 at 9am. 

Registration costs $3.00 and can be done at the UPS-Cuenca secretary's office or at the physical education office until November 6th. On Saturday, November 8th registered athletes will receive their computer chips. 

The race course will begin and end at the University's main entrance located on Calle Vieja 12-30 y Elia Liut. The route will cover the following streets: Calle Viaja, Heroes de Verdeloma, Av. Americas, Las Laderas, and Av. Gil Ramirez Dávalos.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place winners for men and women; and several other prizes such as bicycles and money will be raffled among the participants.
