"Don Bosco", the Musical, back on stage

"Don Bosco", the musical, was back on stage in the "Eloy Alfaro" Theater on August 25th and 26th as part of the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Don Bosco. 

60 students from UPS-Guayaquil put on a show during two hours filled with dancing, acting and singing. The play was directed by Gabriel Gallardo, the choreography was in charge of Maria de los Angeles Andrade, the music by Ruth Díaz, the band directed by Kevin Barba and produced by Luis Alvarez Rodas.

The theater was full of people who wanted to enjoy the great performances carried out by this group of students who have devoted their time and effort to making this a great play. 

Fransisco Díaz, who played Miguel Rúa, Don Bosco's first successor, said: "It has been very enriching to take part in this play and learn more about Don Bosco and my character; I learned something new at every rehearsal, a new experience and life skills. 

Don Bosco, the musical will also be performing in UPS-Cuenca in October.
