The university's branch campus in Guayaquil currently offers four one-year master's degree programs in electronics and automation, mathematical methods and numerical simulation in engineering, electricity and innovation in education.

The master's degree of Innovation in Education, offers a program that integrates humanistic attitude with social sensitivity, autonomy, scientific honesty and the necessary competences that a different teaching role demands, due to the direct incidence of advances in ICTs. 

The master's degree in Mathematical Methods and Numerical Simulation in Engineering focuses on educating highly qualified professionals for the description of physical phenomena and system behavior through the mathematical mode and resolution of these models with the use of a computer. Professionals of this master's degree will be able to propose optimal solutions that allow the development of an efficient and competitive product.

The master's degree in Electricity with a focus on Electrical Power Systems prepares highly qualified professionals for the development and planning of efficient electrical systems, through the proper use of energy resources to guarantee a safe, reliable and optimum quality supply of electrical energy.

The master's degree in Electronics and Automation seeks to provide students with advanced training in the area, considering technological advances and the demands of the current industry. The master's program offers a broad profile that includes knowledge and skills related to the management of embedded systems, programmable logic controllers, control systems, electronic communications, and power electronics.
