The second phase of the project in Guayaquil's "Maria Auxiliadora" campus is under construction; the first phase of the new building concluded in 2020. The construction area is 1300 sqm, there will be about 5,500 undergraduate and postgraduate students attending this building.

"This location is growing and constantly developing, the projection of the campus is great. We are in an important market to offer quality education", said David Mora, from our branch campus in Guayaquil. 

The new building will have more than 70 classrooms equipped with the latest technology, computer labs in each floor, rooms for teachers and a chapel for about 75 people. In the future, this campus will also have a sports complex and a botanic garden.
