The 23 undergraduate programs in our branch campus in Guayaquil held several seminars for about 200 applicants wishing to study one of our undergraduate programs; participants updated their knowledge by using the laboratories and taking part in interactive activities which focused on different areas of knowledge. 

The seminars were led by professors and students; participants were awarded participation certificates by the university’s undergraduate programs.

Angelie Mendez, who is applying to study architecture, learned more about the program as well as about our university’s pastoral department, which marks the difference UPS and other higher education institutions. “It is important to have a certificate awarded by the university, this seminar is a great complement and I am now ready to start studying”. 

Maria Fernanda Viteri, director of the architecture undergraduate program, was happy to see the event had a positive reaction from people. “The event allowed us to contact potential students and explain certain aspects of the program”, she said.
