Our branch campus in Guayaquil signed an important agreement with the municipality, which will enable students to carry out internships and apply the knowledge they have been learning in class, as well as develop professional skills.

Internships are fundamental and are aimed at the application of knowledge and the development of specific skills. These experiences will provide students with a deeper insight into the professional world, whether in business, institutional or community contexts.

"This agreement is an invaluable opportunity for our students. It will allow them to be in real life workplaces and contribute to the well-being of the community," said Carolina Mármol, director of Community Engagement.

Community engagement, stated in the Academic Regime Regulations, involves a series of activities that go beyond classroom teaching. From continuing education to innovation projects and community services, our university is committed to establishing solid relationships with different sectors to enrich its students’ education and contribute to the development of society.
