This week our branch campuses in Cuenca and Quito started a new semester, our 55th academic period. Students were happy to be here and ready to go after their goals. 

In Cuenca, the university has offered 25 undergraduate programs which have morning, afternoon and evening schedules. We have around 6000 students this semester which demonstrates students the confidence people have in our institution.

In Quito, the university welcomed new students with artistic and cultural event in the coliseum. The university's dance and music groups put on a show to welcome new students. One week before officially starting class, students had a training course on the use of the university's virtual learning environments. 

This semester classes are programmed to end on February 28th, 2020.
