On Friday July 17th, Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) and Universidad Politécnica Salesiana (UPS) signed and interinstitutional agreement that will allow both institutions to organize the II Andean Congress on Computing and Education in Ecuador.

ESPOL President Sergio Flores Macias, UPS-Guayaquil Vice President Andres Bayolo Garay and UPS attorney Jeffrey Zuñiga Ruilova signed the agreement. 

The agreement states that both institutions will be in charge of programming, executing and financing the event which expects to have around 300 researchers, professors, and students from Andean countries sharing and socializing their experiences in the field.

This event will take place at Escuela Superior Politecnica del Litoral in Guayaquil from the 4th to the 6th of November, 2015.
