UPS invites everyone to be part of this grand event that will take place this Friday, February 20^th. Don Bosco’s relics have also been observed at other Salesian institutions in the province of Azuay.

UPS has organized several activities to celebrate the 200^th anniversary of the birth of Don Bosco.

• 8am- arrival of don bosco’s relics to the university chapel
• 9am- peregrination around the university buildings
• 10:45am- Mass
• 12:30pm – people will visit the relics in the university chapel
• 2:30pm – Videos showing the history of Salesians in Ecuador and the first part of Don Bosco’s movie
• 6:00pm – conference on the meaning of Don Bosco’s relics
• 7:00pm – Mass
• 8:00pm – music for Don Bosco
• 10:00pm – Second part of Don Bosco’s movie

Don Bosco’s relics will remain in the university until Saturday, February 21st and it will then be taken to the Salesian Community in Uzhupud, Paute.
