The research group of “Multidisciplinary Study of the influence of creativity and corporate happiness in sustainable, economic, social and environmental development of territories” focuses on scientific studies related to creativity, corporate happiness and happiness management. 

A good example is the area of business organization, from the time companies consider these factors as intangible resources of vital importance to increase labor production and achieve competitive and sustainable advantages.
