DESCRIPTION
The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) is the largest professional, international and non-profit technical association in the world. It is made up of more than 425,000 members among engineers, scientists, technologists, university students and professionals distributed in more than 160 countries, whose main goal is to enforce the organization's motto "Create technology for the benefit of humanity", promoting creativity, development and integration, sharing and applying advances in information technologies, electronics and sciences in general for the benefit of humanity.

VISION
To be a group that promotes innovation and solutions to social problems that need technology as a primary ally. To be recognized for its quality projects with high social impact that are based on volunteering
ACTIVITIES
Social: Events that integrate the university community in non-technological aspects such as Photography Contests, Social Inclusion Events, Annual Meetings of branches in Ecuador, Integration of women in engineering, and others.
Academics: Projects that seek to integrate students in academic events such as Symposiums, Lectures, Training Workshops, Conferences and Courses of various topics.
Administrative: Meetings to suggest projects and seek financial support from sponsors and local entities that support the development of technology.
