1. REGISTER YOUR SUBJECTS (NEW STUDENTS)

  • New students must complete their enrollmente process, according to the dates set in the calendar, by registering the subjects they will be taking. This process will be done online with the help of the program directors. A link will be send to students' email or you can find it HERE.

  • Watch this tutorial on how to register your subjects online .

  • Before registering your subjects, make sure you have filled in the complementary information form and uploaded your documents onto the university website. (To upload your documents login at www.ups.edu.ec then click on "Requisitos para matricula")

Documents you must upload:


If you are Ecuadorian: 

  • Legible copy of ID

  • Legible copy of certified or notarized high school diploma 

  • Legible copy of "certificado de votación" for students over 18.

  • Passport size photo


Foreigners:

  • Legible copy of passport

  • Legible copy of student visa

  • Legible copy of high school diploma recognized by the ministry of education or apostille

  • Passport size photo

2. ONLINE ENROLLMENT FOR REGULAR STUDENTS

  • Check class schedules for your undergraduate program at the end of this page
  • Online enrollment must be done by logging to the university website (login). We recommend using: Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari.  
  • Remember to register pending subjects from previous semesters. 
  • Your e-invoice will be send to your university email. In case the invoice must go on someone else's name, remember to fill in the correct information before saving the process. 

3. ENROLLMENT WITH VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE FOR REGULAR STUDENTS

  • Enrollment with virtual assistance will be done in special cases (Condicionados oyentes, Homologaciones de mallas unificadas, Reingresos, Cupos)

  • Virtual assistance will be done through zoom. There are different links for every undergraduate program. Find the links HERE.

  • Download the form used for registering subjects 


4. GROUP CHANGE

  • You can ask for a group change online in October (it will depend on available spaces)

  • In case you were not able to do this process online, you must fill in  a request form addressed to the undergraduate program director.
