• Check the academic calendar to make sure you know when to register

• You must login to the university website or click on the following link https://appwfpc.ups.edu.ec/mat/, you must use your username and password
• We suggest you use Firefox, google chrome, opera or safari
• The e-invoice will be emailed to your university email. In case you need the invoice under someone else’s name, remember to fill in the required information.

Documents needed:

National students:

• Legible color copy of your ID card
• A certified copy of your high school diploma or certificate which states you are a high school senior
• Color copy of “certificado de votación” 
• Color Passport size photo

Foreigners:

• Legible color copy of your Passport 

• A certified copy of high school diploma recognized by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education

• Color Passport size photo

The documents required in section 1 must be scanned in color and have a PDF format.

You can change your group after you have paid the registration fee and it must be done during the first two weeks of class
