UPS-Guayaquil held a talk on Leadership and Emotional Intelligence which was organized by the "Lideres del Mañana" program. The talk was aimed at second year business administration students and was led by Alexis Lozano.

The goal of the talk was to improve students' leadership skills in a company, help them control their emotions and teamwork. In March there will be new conferences aimed at students from all majors at UPS, which will also be held in Cuenca and Quito.

"All students must take part in these talks which help them come up with new ideas" said Bianca Benavides, General Manager of the "Los Lideres" group.
