The university's accounting major and the students' federation (FEUPS) in Guayaquil held the 1st workshop on Professional and Personal Image for second and fifth year students. The event was presided by Josué Rivera, FEUPS President, Miguel Angel Gonzalez, General Manager of Factor Humano, Alexandra Chavez, director of the accounting faculty, Leticia Celli, coordinator of the community involvement department, Grecia Cando, councilor for the province of Guayas, and Jose Calle, president of the accountants association.

The aim of the workshop was to show students that image is very important. "Appearance must go hand in hand with professional education", said Mariella Cabrera, from the organizing committee. 

Advising of image and some tips for a job interview were two of the topics in the workshop. "All the events held in the institution are aimed at improving students' professional skills", said Peggy Artieda, Public Relations coordinator in the municipality of Guayaquil.
