There were conferences and presentations of projects carried out by the telecommunications club in Guayaquil as well as the Telecommunications Control Agency (ARCOTEL, for its acronym in Spanish).

The conference was attended by students who are majoring in telecommunications, electronics and automation, and computing. "Research is an important part of developing prototypes which contribute to the country's development", said Pablo Echeverria, coordinator of this event.

The topics of the conference were:

At the end of the conference, awards were given to the speakers who contributed to the development of the event. "This is a very interesting career, therefore, we have to take advantage of these activities, we must get the most out of it as possible to redesign prototypes in this area that contribute to the sustainable development of the country," said Wilson Valencia, salesian alumni.
