The psychology undergraduate program in our branch campus in Guayaquil is planning to sign an agreement with the city's human rights protection committee so that students can carry out hands on practice activities in this institution.

Luzmila Nicolalde, in charge of the committee, held a meeting with Orlando Bustamente, professor of psychology, in order to organize the topics and activities students will work on, such as disabilities, violence and child labor.

Professor Bustamente said that these agreements are there to help less privileged groups of people and give students the opportunity to apply what is being learned in class.

"This agreement will allow students to work with children, teenagers, the elderly, people with disabilities and other groups", stated Luzmila Nicolalde.
