Business Tour in our branch campus in Quito

Our branch campus in Quito held the 2022 Business Tour which enabled 30 representatives from public and private organizations to visit the university and learn more about its laboratories and research projects, as well as talk to university officials, professors and students.
Maria Sol Villagomez, vice president of our branch campus in Quito, welcomed everyone to the event, thanked guests for attending and stressed the importance of strengthening relations between the university and society.
During the event there were three talks; the first was led by Henry Valencia, representative from the Ministry of Labor, who spoke about rights and obligations. Ana Aviles, from the Chamber of Industries and Production in Quito, spoke about the role of trade unions and companies to fulfill SDG’s. Andreas Flores from ADECCO, spoke about trends in Human Resources.
Josue Bonilla, alumni from the Management and Leadership undergraduate program, spoke about a professional’s profile for the digital era and about his experience in national and internatinal organizations.
The companies that visited the univesity were: ECU911, Ecuasistencia, Banco de Guayaquil, Pronaca, ConQuito, PetroEcuador, Bolsa de Valores de Quito, Banco Pichincha, ADECCO, Plastigama, KrugerLabs, SECAP and Italcauchos.
