Course for rugby coaches and referees.

A few days back, the Ecuadorian Rugby Federation and the UPS- Cuenca rugby team "Carneros" organized two courses. One for coaches and one about refereeing which were led by Mauro Henao from the Colombian Rugby Federation and Mario Henao.

The courses were aimed at rugby coaches and referees since this sport has remarkably spread in our province. 

Mauro Henao spoke about new strategies that are currently being applied during training sessions and games. Mario Henao explained the rules in rugby, how to apply them, requirements to become a referee, and how to emanate instructions during a game so as to turn it into an enjoyable sports event for fans.
