The environmental engineering undergraduate program in our branch campus in Cuenca invites 11th and 12th grade high school students to take part in the environmental photography competition. 

Send us your best photograph from June 21st to July 11th, the best photographs will be posted on our Facebook page @LaSalesianaCue

Students who qualified for the competition will be contacted via email. 

The winner will be the photograph that gets the most “likes”.

• $300 + $200 (cost of enrollment fee)
• $200 + $100 (50% cost of the enrollment fee)

The topic of the competition is “Hacia el equilibrio ambiental” (Environmental balance)

Rules:

- 11th, 12th grade, or recently graduated high students can participate

- Each participant must send ONE photograph which represents ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY or POLLUTION (there must not be any people in the picture)

- It is compulsory that the photograph belongs to the student participating in the competition due to copyright. 

- Photographs with captions or which show brand names will not be accepted

Requirements:

- Photograph must be send in jpg format to: tviloria@ups.edu.ec 

- The subject must read: Concurso de fotografia ambiental

- You must give the photograph a title, send your full name, ID number, high school where you study or graduated from and a brief (30 word) message describing your photograph. 

- The image resolution must be 300 or 15MB file size

Prizes will be awarded on July 16th at 5pm
