On May 12th, the university's branch campus in Guayaquil held a graduation ceremony for 136 business administration students who successfully ended their studies. The ceremony was presided by Andres Bayolo, vice president of the UPS's branch campus in Guayaquil; Angela Flores, academic coordinator; and representatives of several undergraduate programs. 

Andres Bayolo congratulated the new professionals on ending this important part of their academic lives. "UPS is proud of the professionals that have been educated here under the charisma of Don Bosco. Congratulations to you all for reaching one of your goals in life", he said.

Cesar Castro Vaca received a recognition award for having the best grade point average. He spoke on behalf of the graduates, "Thank you UPS for having been kind to us all and allowing us to become excellent professionals with principles and values which I am sure we would not have obtained anywhere else", he said.
