The Information and Communication Technologies for Disabilities Research Group from our branch campus in Guayaquil held the course: "Inclusive ICTs, NVDA, Quickbraille and EBRAI".

The course was supported by the UNESCO chairs program: Assistive Technologies for Inclusive Education, the computing undergraduate program and the Free Software Academic Group. The aim of the course was to provide participants tools to improve classroom activities.

"By training professors we help them face the challenges of inclusive education. It is time people with disabilities are able to study in the university", said Washington Aguilar, computing student.

The courses will allow people to have better conditions and improve their performance in education and work", said Aguilar.

There will be future courses for people with autism, visual and listening impairment
