Industrial engineering students competed in a mathematics competition

The competition consisted of an exam with 20 multiple-choice questions and three problems. The test was graded out of 100 (60% the theoretical part and 40% the practical part), the three best grades were the winners.
"Students demonstrated their mathematical skills during the competition. There was a tie for third place" said Peña.

The winner of the competition received a commemorative plaque, a diploma and a scholarship for books, while the second and third place received a recognition and were granted the direct access to the next contest next semester.
