The Cultural Management and Business Administration master’s degree programs published two books using students’ final graduation projects. 

The university believes research is fundamental for society’s development and the master’s degree programs, the research groups and its students have worked hard to present two books: the first is titled “Dinámica Empresarial Análisis de Coyuntura en Ecuador”, a book about the country’s current economic, social and business reality.

The book was written by professors and students from the master’s in business administration undergraduate program in Cuenca, Quito and Guayaquil. The book also includes opinions from bank workers who explain current problems in administration.

The master’s degree program in Cultural Management selected the best graduation projects and used them to design the book titled “Gestión Cultural Retos y Experiencias desde la Academia”, which is made up of 18 chapters and divided into 2 sections. The first section is titled “Models of cultural management” and the second “Cultural management projects”.

The books demonstrate that it is possible to achieve academic and research goals in master’s degree programs and contribute to society.
