Luis Calle was the first student from the MBA program in our branch campus in Cuenca to present his final project; the professors who made up the jury were Juan Pablo Bermeo, Gabriel Leon and Juan Pablo Vazquez, the final grade was 100 / 100.

The topic of the final project was "Improving the maintenance process of an ATM network through business intelligence". It was about the improvement in the maintenance of ATMs with a business plan for social networks. Luis said: "it seems that both topics may not be related, but they are. In fact they are much related because together they provide a better service to people who use this system".

Luis graduated from electronic engineering in our university's campus in Cuenca, he later got a job as a technician in a bank and was then promoted to Head of technology where he realized he needed knowledge in planning, organizing and leading a business.

He therefore returned to his Alma matter and signed up for the MBA. "It was two intense and very demanding years, but that's what enabled me to see beyond and go after new projects. The knowledge I obtained in the master's degree allowed to start my own business; I know that now the master's degrees are one year long but are still very demanding", he said.
