New students at the University’s Indigenous Residence

The University’s Indigenous Residence was created in 2011and its aim was to help youth indigenous students from the Ecuadorian amazon and Andean region to have education.

The residence allows students to discover their cultural capabilities, meet their counterparts and strengthen their identity so that in the future they can support their hometown communicates professionally.

This semester, which starts on September 28th, there will be 11 new students who will join the other 23 who already live there. 

There will be a ceremony to welcome all new students to the university on Friday, October 2nd.
