Officials from Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena (UPSE) visited our branch campus in Guayaquil; they were welcomed by Tania Rojas, director of the master's degree program in industrial production and operations. The aim of the visit was to talk about processes and strategies applied in postgraduate programs at UPS.
Arturo Benavides, director of the postgraduate institute at UPSE; and Juan Carlos Olives, general coordinator of the postgraduate institute at UPSE, spoke about different ideas and concerns regarding future projects for masters degree students. "During these critical years we have managed to increase the number of teachers, it is important that our own students provide references with their families and acquaintances" said Tania Rojas regarding the growth of graduate programs.
The UPSE delegation also addressed the importance of creating proposals that benefit and encourage fourth-level students to continue their academic development.
