Last November 7th, the continuing education programs at UPS-Quito opened a course on Project Management: Foundations for Competition aimed at senior year students whose grade point average is over 85 points.

The course is taking place thanks to an international cooperation agreement between Universidad Politécnica Salesiana and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, from Spain. It is a virtual study program that will allow students to interact with their teacher; there will be one face to face class.

Every student has access to Universidad Politécnica de Madrid's virtual learning platform which is managed by the university's Gabinete de Tele-Educación (GATE). The course is aligned with the NCB-IPMA certification standards and will cover technical, contextual and performance competencies.
