Professors of the early education undergraduate program in our branch campus in Guayaquil held the continuing education program: "Methodological strategies for the teaching learning process", which was aimed at teachers from Fundación Proyecto Salesiano. Participants were able to discuss academic experiences as well as tips to help improve children's education.
The course provided teachers with pedagogical tools that allow them to improve their professional performance in the classroom. The program was carried out in two parts, completing 40 academic hours.

"This is the first part of this program with professors of the Salesian Project and for us it is a commitment to continue with these seminars for pedagogical strengthening," said Susana Pombo, director of Education undergraduate programs in our branch campus in Guayaquil.

The topics were:

Inverted classroom

Pedagogy of interactivity

Project-based learning

Writing techniques in the classroom

Creative writing

Tips to eliminate errors when writing

Avatar creation

Despite the situation caused by COVID-19, updating academic issues has become a much more demanding need since professors must adapt to new realities. This type of event helps improve the educational quality in classrooms. "It is a great experience to know the world of applications and digital resources that energize our classes," said Rubén Palacios, head of technical monitoring at P. Antonio Amador School.
