Students majoring in communication in the university's branch in Guayaquil organized a Talent Show which they called "La última vez", a cultural event where salesian students from different majors showed their talent to present several performances.

This event was held as a way of closing this semester (academic period 48). Carlos Castillo Yepez, presidents of the student council, thanked all the students for their support and asked the next president who will be in charge to keep on organizing activities and events for students.

There were about 19 performances of dancing, singing and theater; before these presentations the organizers held castings for people who wanted to participate.  "What's important is that students enjoy the show, we've seen great performances", said Carlos Castillo.

At the end of this event the organizers acknowledged the best presentations. First place went to the "Alfreezer" dance group, second place was for Gigi Galarza, a singer, and third place for the band "Los últimos del casting"
