The enrollment process in Guayaquil has begun
On April 17th, the university's branch campus in Guayaquil began the enrollment process for the next semester, which will begin on May 8th and end on September 30th. Currently, 5,840 students have pre-registered.
The following undergraduate programs will be available: Accounting and auditing, business administration, communication, electronics and automation, electricity, computing, industrial engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering and telecommunications. New students can register from the 2nd – 5th of May.
UPS uses a system of tuition fees based on a socioeconomic form which must be filled in and presented in the student services department. By means of the socioeconomic form, students are placed within a quintile according to their socioeconomic situation. Once the student receives the pre invoice, he / she can request deferred payments.
Due to the great number of high school students who are interested in studying at UPS, officials have decided to open a new admissions process which will begin on May 2nd and end on May 5th. Once the registration process is complete, students must pay a $140 fee for the admissions exam, which will take place on May 8th.
