The Governor of the Province of Azuay,  Juan Cristobal Lloret, and the chief of police of Azuay, Pedro Rincon met with UPS-Cuenca Vice President Cesar Vasquez after the forum "Fighting drugs , it's everyone's job" which was held at the university theater, to discuss the safety plan in the university community. 

Cesar Vasquez thanked them for their visit and their commitment to working with the university for everyone's safety.
