With the support of the Ministry of Public Health, our three branch campuses in Guayaquil, Quito and Cuenca prepared its premises for the vaccination process of the entire university community.

So far, more than six thousand members (students, professors, graduates, staff) of the university community in Guayaquil have been vaccinated.

"We have worked to actively implement the vaccination process to benefit our university community, we have been working hard for a week so that the university community can be part of this vaccination process", said Raúl Álvarez, vice president of our branch campus in Guayaquil.

Students were happy that were able to get the vaccine. Natalia Zorrillo, student of the master's degree in electrical engineering said: "I am very happy that the university was concerned about its students. This is a great step so that our country can get back on track".

In Quito, about 30,000 people have been vaccinated in "Sur" campus, 70,000 in "El Giron" campus. "In Quito, the elderly, people with disabilities and people in general have been vaccinated. We have helped society by providing our premises, staff and infrastructure", said Maria Sol Villagomez, vice president of our branch campus in Quito.
