UPS-Cuenca took part in the fifth "student and didactic equipment event"- SEED 2015 held at Oro Verde Hotel where 25 public and private institutions presented their projects to senior year high school students. UPS-Cuenca Vice President César Vásquez Vásquez attended the event.

UPS students presented research projects like the "Formula student Bosco 1 automobile" which participated in last year's Silverstone race in England and "Robodroid", a robot which was programmed by the students themselves.

The attendees also enjoyed the University's modern dance group that performed during the event.
