The mechatronics engineering undergraduate program in our branch campus in Cuenca invite you to take part in the webinar: “Maintenance management in the industrial sector” which will be led by Ileana Concho and Cristian Garcia.

Maintenance management in the industrial sector is a set of operations that are carried out in order to guarantee the continuity of activities and avoid delays because of damage to machinery and equipment. It is more about prevention and less about corrective actions.

The speakers have broad experience in this sector.

Ileana Concho Ríos is a Mechanical Engineer, she holds a Master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering, with experience in the creation of programs and maintenance plans using technological computational tools such as CMMS (SAP) and Controlled Artificial Intelligence for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. She worked in the production and maintenance area in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors.

Cristian García is an Automotive Mechanical Engineer, he holds a Master’s degree in Senior Management and Maintenance Engineering. He is the former director of the Automotive Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program in UPS’s branch campus in Cuenca and has taught for several years at the same University.
