Students promoted green mobility in high schools from Guayaquil

Automotive engineering students from our branch campus in Guayaquil were in charge of promoting the community engagement project titled "Green mobility for the city of Guayaquil". The aim of this project was to create awareness in high school students about the new technology for transport and the creation of friendly mobility for the environment.
The project took three months, students visited several high schools in Guayaquil that teach electricity, mechanics and industrial processes. "It is necessary to make future professionals aware of green mobility so they can respond to the new technology of the 21st century", said Renato Fierro, director of the automotive engineering undergraduate program n Guayquil. .
Students spoke about:
- Electric vehicles
- Alternative mobility and combustion engines
Students visited the following high schools: Unidad Educativa San José La Salle, Unidad Educativa Liceo Cristiano, Colegio Cristóbal Colón y Domingo Comín, Academia Naval Guayaquil, Colegio Cayetano Tarruell, Colegio Javier, COPOL, ANAI.
