UPS SIGNED AN INTER-INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENT WITH IECE

On October 22nd Andrés Bayolo Garay, UPS-Guayaquil Vice president, and Fransisco López, Regional Manager of the Ecuadorian Institute of educational credit and scholarships (IECE, in Spanish) signed an agreement that will benefit the entire university community.

The inter- institutional agreement between UPS and IECE will implement and strengthen the information and communication processes so as to optimize the products and services offered by the Institute. It is also aimed at supporting the human capital with suitable information, training, and perfection through direct access to information regarding national and international scholarships.

Wendy Luna, the director of the Community Involvement Department, led the meeting which was also attended by the university's main authorities.
