Performance appraisal

The university’s Human Resources department kindly asks everyone to take part in the performance appraisal which will allow the university to have continuous improvement of its administrative and academic management by implementing individual and departmental strategic plans.

The aims are to:

-    Evaluate the performance of workers of every administrative and academic department and measure its effect on university management.
-    Determine a permanent performance assessment plan for all university departments and workers
-    Establish parameters that improve individual and collective performance
-    Optimize the human capital according to their knowledge, skills and values
-    Detect company’s needs in training and development.
-    Determine the guidelines to create the individual improvement plans as well as the methodology for the monitoring process.

The evaluations will be from December 21st to January 9th in the university’s web site www.ups.edu.ec by logging in to your personal account.
